The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If bitwin identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same person, all such Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held across those Accounts may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. bitwin shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by you.
2.4 Geographic Eligibility. The bitwin Platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. 2.5 Right to Refuse Registration. bitwin reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons, subject to returning any undisputed real-money balance held in a closed Account.
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. bitwin operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. bitwin reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, bitwin may report relevant information to appropriate authorities.
5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the bitwin sportsbook and all game rounds played in the casino, live casino, crash games, and arcade game sections are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. 5.2 Finality of Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. bitwin reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including but not limited to technical errors, data feed errors, or incorrectly displayed odds.

5.4 Casino and Game Rules. All casino game outcomes are generated by certified random number generator (RNG) systems provided by the respective Game Providers. bitwin does not control or influence game outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by the relevant Game Provider shall be conclusive evidence of the result.
5.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each product section of the Platform. These limits may be varied by bitwin at any time. For live dealer games, minimum and maximum table limits are set by the Game Provider and displayed on the relevant table interface.
5.6 Insufficient Funds. bitwin will not extend credit to any Player. A bet or game round can only be initiated if the Player has sufficient cleared funds in their Taka Wallet to cover the full stake. If a Player's balance is insufficient, the bet or game round will not be accepted.

During a suspension, the Player will be unable to access their Account, place bets, or request withdrawals.
12.2 Termination by bitwin. Following investigation of a suspended Account, bitwin may elect to permanently close the Account. Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is established, any undisputed real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for deposit.
12.3 Termination by the Player. Players may request permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting the bitwin support team. Upon closure, any undisputed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are ordinarily processed within five (5) business days.
13.1 Right to Amend. bitwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
